NWREL Charter School Evaluation Services
The NWREL Charter School Program provides evaluation services for individual charter schools and state level charter school programs. The purpose of NWREL charter school evaluations are:
- To document achievement of school and/or state specified objectives for accountability purposes;
- To provide guidance for programmatic improvement; and
- To contribute to the ongoing analysis and support of charter school development.
NWREL strives to provide high quality evaluation through an evaluation process which includes identifying and defining relevant assessment criteria at both the local and state level, identifying key questions and objectives, collection and analysis of relevant information, analysis of the program's achievement of stated objectives, and, when applicable, the dissemination of results to contribute to ongoing charter school development.
