AmeriCorps Network NW
AmeriCorps Network Northwest coordinates regional training events for AmeriCorps and VISTA members and staff under the direction of the Oregon and Washington state commissions and state CNCS offices.
Events
- The Northwest National Service Symposium. AmeriCorps and VISTA members from Oregon and Washington reflect on their service and create projects in the literary, visual, and performing arts. In May, the artists present their projects at an event. The submission deadline for the 2009 symposium is Monday, March 30, and the symposium event takes place May 14–15, 2009 at Portland State University.
- NW Network is an annual professional development event drawing AmeriCorps and VISTA staff members from across Oregon and Washington for two days of training. This year's event takes place March 2–3 at Portland State University. Topics and formats TBA.
