CSRD Model
The federally-funded Comprehensive School Reform Demonstration (CSRD) program was initiated in 1998 to help public schools (particularly Title I schools) raise student achievement. Many of our current Onward to Excellence (OTE) II schools are using CSRD funds, administered through their state departments of education, to support their OTE II effort.
OTE II provides a research-based, comprehensive school reform model that fulfills the requirements of CSRD.
