In addition to NWREL serving as the national center and a regional center for the northwestern states, five other regional centers have been established across the country to bring OTE II closer to the schools being served-see the map below showing states served by the various centers.

Schools contract for OTE II services directly through a regional center that is located closest to the school, and trainers from that center work with the school. Regional center trainers, in turn, work closely with the NWREL national center to ensure that a consistent, high-quality OTE II process is provided throughout the country.
