Life Insurance/AD&D - NWREL team members receive 4x their annual base salary up to a maximum of $100,000. Additional coverage for a total of up to $250,000 may be purchased. $2,000 spouse and $1,000 dependent child coverage may be purchased at a cost of $.69 per family unit per month.

AD&D - NWREL team members are provided a benefit of $50,000. Additional coverage may be purchased.
Long Term Disability Regence Life & Health Benefits begin after 90 days of disability. The plan provides 66 2/3% of team member's monthly salary up to a maximum of $6,000/month. Benefits are payable for 24 months if "regular" occupation cannot be performed. Following the first 24 months, benefits are payable to Social Security Normal Retirement Age if "any gainful occupation" cannot be performed based on experience, education or training.
Retirement Plan TIAA-CREF NWREL will contribute 13% to team member's retirement account on a monthly basis while team members' contribute 2%.
Section 125 / Flexible Spending Account Allegiance Administrators Through pre-tax payroll deductions, team member's can set aside funds in a flexible spending account for certain health care and dependent care expenses.
Coverage for Dependents NWREL Health, Dental, Life Insurance, and AD&D coverage is available to all family members, including your spouse or domestic partner, as well as your children or your partner's children.
Employee Assistance Program Providence Providence EAP provides a number of services free-of-charge to NWREL team members. They provide telephonic consultations and up to three in-person counseling sessions. Speak to a counselor about topics ranging from financial planning to childcare referrals, legal help and anything in between.
Company Holidays NWREL NWREL team members receive 10 paid holidays per year.
Annual Paid Time Off NWREL Regular status, exempt team members accrue 22 days of annual leave per year. Regular status, non-exempt team members accrue leave on the following basis:

11 years or more 22 days
Annual leave will be prorated accordingly based on the full time equivalent.
Personal/Sick Paid Time Off NWREL Personal leave is accrued at the rate of one day per month of active work for all eligible team members. If FTE is less than 1.0 (full-time), personal leave will be prorated accordingly.
Emergency Leave NWREL During times of grief or serious illness employees can request a maximum of five (paid) days off per calendar year.
Jury Duty Leave NWREL Employees are eligible to receive jury duty/subpoena leave for the duration of their appearance in court.
Military Leave NWREL Short-term - leave may be granted for 2 weeks summer camp as a leave with pay.

Long-term - absence may be granted as a leave without pay.
Direct Deposit NWREL Team members may elect to direct deposit in up to three accounts.
Educational Opportunities NWREL NWREL funds group and individual work related educational activities throughout the year.
Credit Union Membership OnPoint Community Credit Union NWREL team members can join OnPoint Community Credit Union.
Costco Membership Costco Memberships are available for $50 per year.
Referral Awards NWREL NWREL's "Refer the Best" Referral Program is designed to obtain the most qualified team members to work as part of our team and reward team members' with $500 cash awards.
Tri-Met PassPort Tri-Met All NWREL team members are eligible to receive an annual, all-zone Tri-Met PassPort. This entitles the holder to travel on Tri-Met buses and MAX, the Portland Streetcar and the Tram.
Mentor Program NWREL NWREL has mentor program to help assist new team members in understanding NWREL's operations and culture.
