Practitioners from the Northwest examined current practices in curriculum design and addressed other issues during the three-day Institute.
Karen Fulmer (right), Washington State Teacher of the Year, was among the participants in the Northwest Teachers Panel hosted by NWREL. Teachers of the Year from the region and teacher-members of the NWREL Board of Directors serve as a sounding board and provide feedback on Laboratory activities and projects.
Catherine Reimer leads participants in a closing ceremony at the Partner Site Institute hosted by the Northwest Regional Assistance Center. The institute brought in teachers and administrators from four schools in the region that have teamed with NWRAC for technical assistance on school improvement issues.
