
Making Assessment Work for Everyone: How To Build on Student Strengths is a new publication produced jointly by five of the regional educational laboratories, including Appalachia Regional Educational Laboratory, Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory, Pacific Resources for Education and Learning, Southwest Educational Development Laboratory, and WestEd. The book addresses equity, accommodation, and adaptation of assessments to ensure that all students are assessed in ways that provide useful, valid, and reliable information that can be used to plan programs and guide instruction.
