Spanish Writing Institute: Los Criterios de la Escritura Eficaz in EspañolEducators attending this two-day workshop will learn to accurately and reliably assess writing, using NWREL's The Traits of Effective Spanish Writing. They'll also see how work on Spanish writing can improve student learning in English and other academic content areas. Integrating 6+1 Trait Writing Assessment and Instruction Institute(Prerequisite: 6+1 Trait Writing AssessmentIntroduction) In this two-day advanced workshop, participants will use knowledge of the six-trait model to link assessment and instruction, particularly for teaching expository and persuasive writing.
