The School Improvement Research Series includes syntheses of research findings and bibliographies on special topics. NWREL has updated Section 8, which deals with parent and community involvement. Research findings in short form are followed by the studies that support them, and then abstracts of the studies. Classroom, school, and district practices are all covered.

Teacher Teaming in Relation to Student Performance
This publication reviews "teacher teaming," where two or more teachers share responsibility for instructing a group of students. It examines types of teaming and what the research says about their impact on K12 student performance. The report is designed for educators considering pursuing teaming, as well as those already involved in it.
