In an all-staff meeting at the Laboratory, CEO Dr. Carol F. Thomas provided an update of developing legislation to reauthorize the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Educational Research and Improvement, the primary funding agency for the 10 regional educational laboratories.
The NETC advisory committeeteachers, administrators, state departments of education representatives, and educational technology experts from Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washingtonmet at the Laboratory to discuss new developments in educational technology and regional needs.
