WORKmatters is a series of teacher resources and student activities developed by Public/Private Ventures and the Northwest Regional Educational Lab. This curriculum guides students in identifying their interests, aptitudes, and personal values; helps them understand the world of work and its requirements for success; and assists in developing concrete skills for job searches and survival. Developing skills for young entry-level workers

WORKplus is designed to encourage young employees to get the most out of their first work experiences, and to help their supervisors work with them effectively. The WORKplus curriculum consists of two parts: Employee Development Workshops (twenty 60-90 minute interactive sessions) and Supervisor Development Workshops (ten 60-minute interactive sessions). A Staff Guide to WORKplus comes with both products.
