OST Services
NWREL is experienced working with out-of-school time (OST) programs in the northwest and nationally. NWREL staff keep up to date on the latest research on OST programs and participate in various national and regional OST trainings and conferences.
NWREL staff are always available to provide technical assistance for program staff who seek solutions to emerging problems. The relationships among NWREL staff and OST program leaders has instilled NWREL staff with a broad understanding of their issues and concerns, especially the challenges involved with implementing activities that support school curricula.
NWREL staff are especially knowledgeable in the field of evaluation of OST programs. Staff can assist your program with all of your evaluation needs:
- Clarifying goals
- Projecting outcomes
- Collecting data for the Annual Performance Report
- Collecting additional data that address goals and outcomes
- Using data for program improvement
- Reporting to key stakeholders (school and district administrators, advisory board, community members)
